Welcome to Healing with Horses & Beyond —

My name is Sonette, and I am the founder of Healing With Horses, a practice that weaves together intuitive channeling, energetic healing, and the profound regulating power of horses.

I bring more than 20 years of experience as a channel, intuitive healer, and remote facilitator, supporting clients across the world through soul readings, energetic alignment, and nervous system restoration.

Horses have been part of my life since childhood. They shaped how I understand energy, presence, and emotional truth. My greatest teacher was Wizard, a remarkable horse who guided me for many years and opened the path that eventually became Healing With Horses.

In the past year, I spent eight months working every day with a healing herd, refining the art of co-regulation with horses, reading their responses, and allowing their natural coherence to support deep healing work. This experience changed everything — and expanded what I now offer.

My primary offering.

In these sessions, I am with the horses and act as your energetic proxy. Through breath, intuitive attunement, and heart coherence, I connect to your field while the horses respond to the energy you bring through me.

You receive:

Remote work is incredibly powerful — horses respond to energy, not distance.

For those who want a deeper immersion, I offer small, personalised retreats where you meet the horses in person and experience guided breathwork, presence practices, intuitive messages, and interspecies connection.

Retreats are customised to inlude other Wild Ones like Zebras, Cheetas, Meerkat etc.

I also offer private sunrise beach rides for 1 to 3 people on exceptionally well-trained Friesian horses, often used in international film productions.

Because horses are herd animals, each ride includes a minimum of three horses (your riding horse, a companion horse, and a lead horse with a professional handler).
These rides are calm, beautiful, and deeply grounding — a different kind of healing in motion.

Everything I do is guided by presence, breath, intuition, and the natural intelligence of the horses.
I don’t force interaction — I follow the horses' responses and let their coherence guide the session.

Healing With Horses is not traditional therapy.
It is energetic work, supported by interspecies wisdom and grounded intuitive experience.
